Farragut Cleaners - (865) 966-9414

I recently visited Farragut Cleaners for the first and last time! The counter staff is extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. The item that I needed cleaned came back looking exactly the same with no apology ........and I had to pay $20.00 for it. It would have been easier to throw it away and buy a new one (it costs $30 new). The person at the counter did not offer to re-clean it or refund my money; and when I asked to speak to a manager she refused. Don't lose your money too, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

When you are in the need for a cleaner - this establishment is the best. They really do a great job and they have wonderful workers in their business. They really know their stuff. They are located in a great area with lots of parking. No need to really wait - as they get their business done quickly. They do dry cleaning - drapery cleaning - alterations - clothing repairs - and they even do suede/leather and bridal gown preservation - which is a great idea to have - they have 5 different establishments - which is wonderful - and they are all great - try them out sometime - i highly recommend them

Farragut cleaners is a well run dry cleaners. Staff was helpful and polite. Check online for coupons before you go- always great to get good service And a discount. Lots of parking outside of store and our clothes were ready the next day after 5pm.
